Inclusive Improvement exists to support schools, education settings and Multi Academy Trusts in creating environments where every learner thrives. Founded by experienced former headteachers, we provide practical, evidence-based support from leaders for leaders. We combine our wide-ranging school improvement expertise with our deep commitment to inclusion.
Our ethos is about taking what action we can to support leaders to improve the life chances and prospects of children, especially those with additional needs and challenges.
We can support and help you with any area of school leadership. We offer the experience, knowledge, expertise and focus to help you, including acting as a sounding board and sense check for you as a leader. Fundamentally, we are there to help you deliver the very best for the children in you care.

Please contact us below if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We can meet with you on Teams and discuss how we can help. You can set a meeting on our booking page here (external link). Sometimes a conversation with a peer who has (figuratively) sat in your chair can be exactly what is needed. Get in touch and let's talk!
A Teams meeting will usually be arranged before any school visit. Subsequently, we will create a draft agenda for the time in school to be agreed and adapted with the Headteacher. Any publicly available documentation for the school will be reviewed to understand the context of the school as much as possible, and of course you can send us anything you want us to know! An SLA, including confidentiality agreement, safeguarding information and our insurance details (both professional indemnity and public liability) will be emailed over to the Headteacher or executive leader for agreement.
Any visitors to your school from Inclusive Improvement has full, enhanced DBS certification. We will have read and fully familiarised ourselves with local safeguarding arrangements, as well as the documentation available on the school website - in addition to fully understanding Keeping Children Safe In Education 2025.
Most of our schools currently are situated within the West Midlands region, but we have also travelled further, working successfully with schools into Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Yes. All invoices will include VAT.
Within the Midlands area: half day sessions from one of us are available at a cost of £250 and whole day sessions at £450. For both of us, our best value and highest impact approach, a joint whole day would be at a discounted joint cost of £700. (All prices are exclusive of VAT).
Visits which take us further afield may include some additional travel costs. We can also create whatever time working together/structure you need and agree an appropriate fee accordingly.
