Inclusive Improvement exists to support schools, education settings and Multi Academy Trusts in creating environments where every learner thrives. Founded by two experienced former headteachers, we provide practical, evidence-based support that combines school improvement expertise with a deep commitment to inclusion for all.

We believe genuine improvement comes from raising standards and building cultures of equity, belonging and opportunity. Whether through strategic advice, consultancy, coaching or training, we empower schools to achieve excellence as well as keeping inclusion at the heart of everything they do.
