Senior Leadership Support, Headteacher Performance Managment

Headteacher Performance Management Package includes:

• Pre-meeting preparation reviewing key documentation, liaising with stakeholders to agree focus. 

• Performance Management Meetings  x2 across the year, including facilitation of formal meeting to review progress.

• Discuss and agree new objectives balancing accountability with growth and well-being.

• Post-meeting documentation including professionally written report, template objectives and advice for stakeholders.
